There was a Man Who Died!!

There was a man, a man who died..died a long time ago before you and i even knew him. A few people were privileged to see him, speak with him and walk with them.

A few others despised him, others loved him and a minor few were called specially to go the journey with him.

There was a man who died, flesh of our flesh, blood of our blood..and yet and yet..he was beloved, and only son. Yet, he was of spirit, conceived in the inconceivable way..birthed in a place not fit for babies, searched for by those who wanted to harm, even worshiped by the men who were called wise and gifted with such rare things.

CHAPTER THREE

We were about five that night, walking into the house at night. 
It was quiet, the occupants were asleep, and we were meant to take the family out down to the least person.
We had been paid good money enough to make me retire, make us retire. We never asked questions of who and why. We just carried out our operation.

And so we went, and we rounded the family up, and made them watch while we had fun with their mother and then their daughter, we took what they had also.

”Wily boy?” Theodore looks at him briefly.

”Willy boy?” Theodore nudges him gently.

”Huh?”

”Pick up your mouth, you dropped it awhile ago as your Princess was ushered in looking like a angel crafted beautifully by the gods themselves”

”Huh?”

”You mouth, pick it off the floor and do not embarrass your lineage!”

Williams, realizing that his mouth has been open out of surprise and shock quickly closes his mouth and then swallows. Then the anger returns when it dawned on him what Theodore says .

”You are a fool Theo, just because she is beautiful does not mean i would lose my head. And she is not my Princess you scalawag, she may be yours and that of Worcestershire but she is not mine, be careful before i pour my anger on you”

Theo chuckles ”For someone who seems to have his head, he lost it a second ago when she walked in regaled in royalty and sparkled like the stars. I put it to you Willy boy, before the day’s end, you would fall for your Princess and thank De Beaumont, your father for thinking it wise to pair you with such divine beauty. I am already seeing how handsome your spawn would be. I only hope he doesn’t take your cocky attitude. It can be annoying.

”Theodore, i will break your skull with the gaurd’s weapon if you keep talking”

Theodore goes close to him ”See how beautiful her bosom looks in that royal robe. Ahh my willy boy, you would die buried in there, suckling on them nipples and growing old within those thighs. I envy you, i wish i was you and you were me and i would gladly take your place and bed her five times on our wedding night and some more by the next. I would be a happy man.”

”You are insufferable Theo!”

Theodore laughs ”No, you are blind that is what. What is the worst that could happen?” He leans into his friend.

She has been staring at him for the better part of five minutes while they stood in the middle of Sissie Veronese’s chambers. He still held her in his arms bridal style, hers were wrapped around his neck while her eyes were glued to his, her smile unwavering.

”My lady?” The knock on her door causes her to turn to face the closed door. She frowns slightly wondering who that was. She turns back away and closes her eyes again. Sleep had been the evasive little wrench.
”My Lady?”
Annalise groans as she turns again. ”Who in the bugger’s name is that?”
”It is me my lady?”
”What is it Ameryl?”
”His Highness and the Queen are not yet in their chambers, you asked that I tell you when they return my lady”
”They have not yet returned from the banquet and the stroll across the provinces?” She checks her clock on the wall.
”No my lady!” Came the reply.
”What did they go to do, greet the entire kingdom while carrying a bag of heavy marshmellows and twenty midgets on their shoulders and walking around in the dark? It is almost midnight, if they were not my parents I would assume they have finally joined the night walkers and maybe acquired a thirst for bats!!”

Annalise heard the knock on her door the third time, she frowns.

”Annalisa?”

She rolls her eyes and turns away from the door while she laid on her bed and backs it.

”Annalisa! Would you open the door please” her mother’s voice came from behind the closed door.

”Mother, i want to be alone”

”Anna, oh don’t be a child. Open your door or i would have the guards kick it it!”

Annalise scoffs ”No you wouldn’t Mother. I really want to be alone”

”I want to talk to you”

There was a boy seating close to the gutter, he must have been about five or six, he was staring at me, but while he stared, I was transfixed to the spot and it felt as though everything stopped.

You see the car was coming towards me, and people were waving for me to get out of the way..but here I was staring at the little boy, wondering why I was drawn to him. He was just a boy, sitting by the gutter, unperturbed about the chaos around him. So i stood watching him, unsure why, yet glued. The car was coming, faster now..yet i wouldn’t budge.
